Vaaranam Aayiram (lit. Thousand Elephants) is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language romance film written and directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. Suriya plays dual lead roles, with Simran, Divya Spandana and Sameera Reddy. The film begins with elderly Krishnan (Suriya) returning home after a haircut. Once he reaches home he vomits a profuse amounts of blood and is kept to bed rest.

I am not Tamilian nor do i belong to any part of south of India but i am really fond of Tamil films and songs. I loved this film 'Vaaranam Aayiram' and specially this song 'Mundhinam partheney' but tragedy with me is that i don't understand Tamil but love to hear those songs.
